Sorry, we do not exchange.
If you would like to exchange to a different size, color, or model, you can simply return your original order (see “returns & refunds” below) and place a new one.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return the merchandise within 14 days after receiving it.
To do so, please notify us by email at email@example.com specifying your order number and include in the package the returns form filled out with accurate information. The returns form will be in attachment in the confirmation email. In case you did not received it, please contact us. Returns without proper documentation will not be accepted.
If your are located outside of the European Union, please make sure that there is clearly written “RETURNED GOODS, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” on the outside of the package or customs, postal forms.
All products will be inspected. The products must not be worn, washed, or altered in anyway and they must be accompanied by the original labels and packaging in their original condition otherwise we will refuse the package(s) which we will not be held responsible for.
Any returns should be shipped using a service providing a tracking number and insurance as dslinedesign.com is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Please note that the return shipping fees will be at your full charge.
We will contact you by email once we receive the package. We will completely refund you the cost of your merchandise, however, the cost of the transport can not be refunded. We usually proceed to the refund the same day we have received the package. However please note that we are legally entitled to process refunds within 14 working days. We will credit you via the same payment method you originally used.
